Our floor sanding services involve the use of a variety of professional,
dust free floor sanding equipment to minimise the effect on the rest of your home/place
of work. Our Craftsmen are trained to the highest standards and we ensure that there
is a quality finish to your wood floor by performing the following floor sanding
procedures.
- Punch down all nails below surface of floor to be sanded.
- Fix down any loose boards where possible.
- Sand boards flat using grit paper "24" through to "80" depending
on surface.
- Resin bond any damaged boards or end joins.
First we carry out any necessary floor repairs on your wooden floor using matching
timber. The wooden floor is then sanded to a fine finish to remove any scratches.
Any cracks or holes are filled before the final sand off.
We offer delicate floor sanding to retain the patina of existing
wood floor surface.
We offer precision floor sanding and have the capability of re-surfacing
large commercial floor areas quickly and efficiently. We use the latest sanding
machinery available that enable us to offer a 95% dust free floor sanding.
